Infertility Bill of Rights
- You have the right to refuse to hold babies.
- You have the right to be angry.
- You have the right to have sex on your own schedule and
not only when the calendar says "ok"
- You have the right to ask as many questions as you want.
- You have the right to tell your doctor "no more"
or "I want to start this treatment" After all,
you are the customer, he/she is the service provider.
- You have the right to respond to insipid comments with
an icy stare and/or a scathing rebuttal.
- You have the right to tell your family, friends, coworkers
that it is "none of their business"
- You have the right to feel jealous when someone else
becomes pregnant.
- You have the right to say "some people don't deserve
their children".
- You have the right to cry, as much as you want, whenever
you want to.
